Your skin starts prickling. You don’t know about electricity yet. Suddenly, a blinding light, the color of the stars, reaches you from above. The ground shaking, you stand there, petrified, the rumble traveling through your bare feet to every atom of your body. The resounding thunder shakes your core and brings you to your knees. The moment a man learned worship.
I know about the dawn of worship as much as I know about the genesis itself – practically nothing. It probably wasn’t that momentary. It might have been more intuitive. But we all know about allegory. It’s the basis for every religion we created.
I would’ve liked to have stood at the precipice of the moment – if we could pinpoint it – we chose there was something more. That deciding moment that changed everything. The moment we created the divine.
Do you ever think about the genesis of our conscious mind? Never mind if we have any scientific proof that would trace that path from its beginning to now. Never mind what you believe. Do you ever think about how that idea, that set in motion so many other vital events and systems in human history, came to mind to us? At what point?
What do you think humans, an evolving part of nature, witnessed that was so incredible they reached for the divine to explain it? What was the first thing that inspired mystery?
I like to try and wander to the beginning of things, like walking up to a spring in the deep forest where no foot has left a trace in the grass yet. A nymph in a tree bark, a sun spark reflected in the water. A part of that dawn.

DAILY CONFESSIONS
The Lord has given me rest on every side; therefore, I have ceased from all struggles. The Lord has given me a voice, and my voice is heard around the nations of the earth. Everywhere I go and in everything I do, I manifest God’s power; work miracles as I live in and through the power of the Holy Spirit and the Word. Today, and always, I display the wonderful deeds and perfections of Him who has called me into glory and virtue! Hallelujah!
No matter what happens, irrespective of the turmoil, I’m unperturbed; I have the peace of Jesus Christ in my heart. Therefore, I’m full of confidence, because the Champion of Peace is my Lord! I have peace without agitation, full of rest and prosperity. Therefore, I’m strong in Him and in the power of His might. Glory to God!
I’ve been qualified to be a partaker of the inheritance of the saints in the Kingdom of light. The Lord has made my life easy, glorious and exciting; He’s taken charge of my family, health, finances and all my affairs. The Spirit of God has granted me the supernatural advantage in life. I walk in superabundance, for God has prepared great and unquantifiable blessings for me to take care of all I require spiritually, financially, materially, and emotionally! I do all things by the power of God’s Spirit. I’m continually filled with the Spirit, in wisdom, sound judgement, knowledge, glory and dominion!
